We produce drop-forged parts from all common steel grades, and we are also able to process high-alloy steels. We are ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified and supply documented safety-relevant and sustainable parts and assemblies. Our range includes drop-forged parts with a gross weight of 0.2 kg to 140 kg and a production length of up to 1,370 mm. Our four hammer forging lines cover a range from 30 kJ to 160 kJ (3 to 16 t).
Our semi-automated production gives us the flexibility to produce a wide range of products, batch sizes and unit weights.
Our induction furnaces provide the finest surfaces for our forgings.
